How to Purchase your Lot
- Text Rod on 0407 945 834 with your name and the lot number you’re interested in purchasing. (Text messages are time and date stamped and Buyers will be contacted in order of enquiry on a first come first served basis). Rod will then call you to confirm lot availability or if that lot is sold, discuss other options.
- If your lot choice is available and you wish to proceed to purchase you will need to pay the upfront “HOLDING DEPOSIT” of $2,500 (which is the deposit for the land) and is fully refundable if you don’t proceed to sign for any reason.
- Once you have paid the “Holding Deposit” and “shared” the receipt to Rod on 0407 945 834 your lot purchase will be confirmed back to you via text.
- Rod will contact you within 24 hrs to sign the land contract via electronic DocuSign or to book an appointment at the Land Sales Office.
- Lots can be purchased for “Cash” or “Subject to Finance” for land only, or house and land finance.
- Subject to the sale of your existing home is unavailable.
- A loan eligibility letter (LOE) from your Bank or Broker is required to proceed.
