Playtime for pupils at Hammond Park Primary School just got a whole lot cooler – thanks to the recent installation of new water play equipment in the early childhood play area.
Richard Noble & Company together with Gold Estates presented the Hammond Park Primary School with a donation to contribute towards early childhood play equipment. The donation was awarded during the 2017 Hammond Park Christmas Party presented by Vivente.
Featuring a splash table, tap and a log with a small channel for water to travel along, the new playground addition is proving a big hit with children in the Kindy and Pre-Primary classes.
“Sand and water play is a wonderful way for kids to use their imaginations, practice team work and language skills as well as experiment with construction based activities and concepts such as volume. They’ve been really excited about it – and, it probably goes without saying, that they are all eagerly awaiting the warmer spring weather to set in!” said Nichola Butler, Hammond Park Primary School’s Associate Principal.
