Vivente has welcomed its first residents, the Christobal family! When searching for a lot to build their dream home, Vivente was the obvious choice.
The family of five travelled to Australia from the Philippines and became Australian citizens in 2011. When the Christobal’s started to outgrow their Spearwood residence, they decided that it was time to build a bigger home in a perfect location.
Hammond Park was the smart choice for mother of three Maricar, “it’s near to shops and schools” she said. The parklands and walkways at the Estate are also an important amenity for the family, providing a great space for friends and large family gatherings.
Building in a NBN-ready suburb was also an essential, especially for the kids who will rely on internet access to complete homework and school projects.
Since moving into their spacious 4 bedroom home in October, the Christobal’s were quick to invite friends and family over to check out their new home and have already celebrated with a big housewarming party!
