1. SALES – The lots are available for sale on a first come first served basis. Contact Rod on 0407 945 834 to find out if the lot you are interested in is still available for sale.
2. HOLDS – To hold a lot prior to purchase, you will need to pay the upfront “HOLDING DEPOSIT” of $2,500 (which is the deposit for the land) and is fully refundable if you don’t proceed for any reason. Land contracts will need to be signed within 48 hrs or the lot will be returned to market and deposit refunded.
3. Once you have paid the “Holding Deposit” and “shared” the receipt to Rod on 0407 945 834 your lot purchase will be confirmed.
4. Rod will contact you within 24 hrs to sign the land contract via electronic DocuSign.
5. Lots can be purchased for “Cash” or “Subject to Finance” for land only, or house and land package finance with formal loan approval within 90 days.
6. Subject to the sale of your existing home is unavailable.
7. A loan eligibility letter (LOE) from your Bank or Broker is required to proceed.
