Welcome to the first edition of Vivente eNews. I am excited to bring you this regular newsletter with valuable community information and updates on our fresh and elegant new estate – Vivente.
Vivente will become a planned community of approximately 430 lots in a superb location. It will incorporate quiet undulating streets, sweeping central parklands and be close to surrounding bushland. The landscaping elements we will produce are the most exciting I have been associated with.
What makes Vivente unique is the large number of genuine traditional lots from 450sqm. At Richard Noble & Company we believe that these larger lots with generous frontages result in a better streetscape. It also provides for a more family-orientated community where residents take pride in their surroundings. In addition, we will have a number of cottage lots available for residents interested in a low-maintenance lifestyle.
I am happy to announce we have established an exciting Builders Display Village at Vivente, with 15 Builders showcasing the latest in single and double storey designs. Builders involved are Plunkett Homes, Ventura Homes, Content Living, Impressions, HomeGroup WA, Ross North Homes, Vision One Homes, Ben Trager Homes, Switch Living, Perceptions, Smart Homes, National Homes, Gemmill Homes, Shelford Quality Homes and MOMU. The Builders Display Village will be operational by December 2016.
We continue to support the Hammond Park Community Association whose dedicated volunteers reinforce the social fabric of our community. I encourage our future residents at Vivente to join and continue the great work of the Association.
