It’s been eight years since I joined Richard Noble & Company, and it’s been incredible to see the growth that has occurred in Hammond Park during that time.

We now have two established primary schools, a great neighbourhood shopping centre and a local watering hole. The new Aubin Grove train station has opened and the new high school is scheduled for its first intake of students in 2020 – what a great part of WA!

Further infrastructure spending on the widening of the Freeway (northbound from Rowley Rd) and the building of the Armadale Rd overpass will continue to improve the liveability of Hammond Park.
