The new Hammond Park High School is Hammond Park’s next great infrastructure project and it is expected to open in 2020. Stage one will accommodate 725 Year 7 students, with stage two to open in 2023. The school will be big enough to accommodate 1450 students when finished and will add to the great list of amenities in the area.
The commencement of construction will mean that Irvine Parade will be completed by mid 2018 which will provide easy access for Vivente residents to the future Hammond Park High School, Aubin Grove train station, the two primary schools, Hive Shopping Centre and Quarie Bar and Bistro.
On a personal note this will be my last newsletter – I’m taking some time off to go travelling before re-joining the industry.
