A long-term ground lease has been signed for a 5.7-hectare site in Jandakot (under 10km from our Vivente land estate) for the proposed $80 million Perth Surf Park.

The Western Australian Government has selected Aventuur to deliver a next-generation Wavegarden Cove surfing lagoon, the largest surf park in the southern hemisphere, and a variety of amenities such as a boutique surf hotel, health & wellness centre, beach club, co-working offices, functions and event spaces, performance academy, and restaurants.
Mark your calendars for 2024/2025 summer! Construction is due to start early 2023.
