A quick update on the progress of our exciting new Estate.
I am pleased to announce we have satisfied all environmental and planning conditions for Vivente Living at Hammond Park and will commence earthworks as of May, 2015. Wormall Civil, has been formally appointed as our main contractor. Practical completion for our stage 1 lots is expected late in October with titles expected in December, 2015.
We have a 16 lot Builders Display Village planned for stage 1, which will showcase the latest designs from our Building Partners, including single and double storey homes.
Vivente will predominately consist of traditional home sites with generous frontages (15m+). Our team at Richard Noble are confident that by creating a community with larger lots compared to neighbouring suburbs, better quality housing will ensue. Cottage lots will also be available in various configurations to supplement our traditional lots.
