Your Easy Ride to Aubin Grove Station Now Open!
On Tuesday, the 15th February 2022, we held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the new bike path linking Whadjuk Drive in our Vivente land estate to the Kwinana Freeway and onto Aubin Grove Station.
The path represents a 400-metre link removing cyclists and pedestrians from Barfield Road. The path was delivered via a collaboration between the Commonwealth Government, City of Cockburn, Gold Estates Holdings, and Richard Noble and Company. We are pleased with the collaborative outcome to deliver this new cycling and pedestrian infrastructure for the Hammond Park community.
The addition of the path provides 2.6 km of car-free travel to Aubin Grove train from Whadjuk Drive. We hope the path provides residents and the wider community a convenient, connected, and safe option to commute and recreate.
