In more recent years the partnership has delivered Thomsons Lake, Magnolia Gardens, Eden Green, Wentworth West and Parkside Success. Also the first stage of the Cockburn Gateway Shopping City and other major commercial projects have been completed by Richard Noble and Gold Estates.

Land Sales Manager
Rod joined Richard Noble & Company as Land Sales Manager early 2018 and is passionate about selling and marketing property.
Rod Wright is a real estate professional with a career spanning over 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience in all facets of land development. Having worked for national and international companies on numerous land development projects, he now heads up the sales team at Richard Noble and Company as Land Sales Manager.
Rod is a consummate real estate professional who loves helping customers realise their property dreams. His overall knowledge and hands on experience enables Rod to find a solution for everyone’s benefit.
Rod is a licensed real estate agent and a current triennial certificate holder.
In his spare time Rod enjoys Goju Ryu Karate, which he has competed all over the world and now teaches to adults and children, gym and spending time with his wife and two daughters who he spoils rotten!
Regine Endres
Executive Business Administrator
Regine has worked for Richard Noble & Company since mid 2014. She is a highly organised and very dedicated professional with extensive background in administration, web design and database programming gained from working for over 20 years in various industries in Germany and Australia.
Regine has grown up in Germany and migrated to Australia in 2002.
At Richard Noble Regine is looking after the administration side of all land sales contracts. She is also maintaining the company and estate websites and assisting with marketing, IT and company secretarial tasks.
In her free time Regine creates greeting cards, goes to the movies, catches up with friends, rides her bike to the beach and practises yoga.
